1. A competitive basic salary : starting from 4000 L.E. The salary will increase based on your position, experience, and promotion.
2. A clear promotional system; that includes a 3-month test and a 3-month employee placement evaluation. This evaluation will determine your salary increase, following our standard operating procedures, processes, and procedures.
3. A transparent commission system: for all employees, based on their position and experience. Commissions are distributed on the 15th of April, July, and January.

   Flexible Public Holidays: We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to public holidays or yearly vacations. At Athlete Home, you have the option to either replace these holidays with cash or simply enjoy the time off.

    Flexible Work Hours: We offer flexible work hour packages, allowing you to choose between 8, 10, or 12 hours of work per day. We understand that everyone has different needs and commitments, and we strive to accommodate them.
